These Terms of Service govern the use of the website creation service ("Service") provided by homeNshop Inc. ("Company") and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its members.
"Service" refers to all services provided by the Company, including website creation, hosting, and domain connection. "Member" refers to a person who has registered for and uses the Service. "Content" refers to all materials created and uploaded by members through the Service, including text, images, and videos.
Members may create, edit, and publish websites using the Service. The Company will do its best to provide stable service and may temporarily suspend service for system maintenance. Members may not use the Service for illegal purposes.
Members must comply with all relevant laws, these Terms, and usage guidelines. Members may not collect or use others' personal information without authorization. Members may not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
Service fees are determined by the Company's pricing policy. Payments for paid services are processed through the payment methods provided by the Company. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment.
Members may stop using the Service and withdraw their membership at any time. Upon withdrawal, all content created by the member will be deleted and cannot be recovered. The Company may restrict or terminate a member's use of the Service if they violate these Terms.
The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure. Members are responsible for the content they post through the Service. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws.
